Product Designer with a 19-year career in digital design across Brazil and Canada, including the last 4 years dedicated to Product Design. My experience bridges technology and education, with a recent focus on complex B2B SaaS products.

Throughout my career, I have contributed to the design and development of digital products and experiences, collaborating closely with Design, Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to understand user needs, map journeys, and transform complex problems into simple, intuitive, and scalable solutions.

My Product Design experience includes Product Discovery, UX Research, end-to-end user journeys, prototyping, and usability testing to validate solutions, as well as creating and evolving Design Systems using Design Tokens and Variables to drive consistency and scalability.

More recently, I have been exploring AI-assisted design workflows to support discovery, research, ideation, and prototyping, combining emerging technologies with strategic product thinking.

I am particularly interested about understanding why people struggle when interacting with digital products and transforming those challenges into well-crafted, accessible, and high-impact experiences.
