Redesign project of the Nespresso’s website contact page for the Bootcamp Master Interface Design of Aela School.
The Bootcamp Master Interface Design is a continuous Product Design course with an international community and diverse projects to develop UX/UI and public presentation skills, with mentorship meetings, online classes, and interviews with design talents from companies all over the world.
I’m working on the whole project from the research to the final redesign. The goal is to create the support page for Nespresso’s website, so that support is easier and faster for the company's users. I'm using the Design Thinking aproach through methods like Desk Research, Benchmarking and Problem Statement.
